What we hold, where it is held, and who else sees it.

Who we are

AmlakIntel is a product of IntelWork4ce and is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to hello@intelwork4ce.com with any question about it, including a request to see, correct, export or delete what we hold.

What we hold about you

Seven things, and the list is short because the product needs little.

• An account identifier, your email address and your name. When you sign in, Clerk creates your account and holds your email address and, if you use Google, the name and picture Google returns. Our database stores the identifier Clerk gives that account, and the email address and name Clerk holds for you, so that we can recognise your account when we look after it. They are never used to sign you in or to decide what you may use. We keep them until your account is deleted.
• A subscription record. If you pay, Stripe holds your billing details and gives us a customer identifier, a subscription identifier, your plan and its status, and the start and end of the current period. That is what we store.
• Your connection key, hashed. The key you paste into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity is shown once and stored as a hash, with its first characters and its last four so a page can show you which key is live. We cannot read your key and cannot recover it for you.
• How much you have used. Two counters and a timestamp: calls this period, dossiers this period, when the key was last used, plus a per-minute count so a runaway agent cannot spend your month in a minute. To limit enumeration of the broker register, we count how many broker-register lookups an account makes each day. We record the count and the date. We never record the name or number that was looked up.
• Questions we could not answer: the tool and the market, which account asked and when, so we know which markets to add next. Never the area or anything else you typed.
• What you choose to save: your watchlists, portfolios and saved views, if you make any. What each one keeps, who can see it and how to delete it are set out below.
• How the server is used. When you use the AmlakIntel server, we record which tool was called, in which market, whether it answered, declined or failed, and how long it took, against a scrambled account number that only we can link back to you. We do not record your questions, the answers, your portfolio or your name. This goes to PostHog, hosted in the European Union.

What you save

If you save a watchlist, a portfolio or a view, we keep it so it is there the next time you ask. The AI you already use can list your watchlists, the change digest can tell you what moved in the places you watch, and a portfolio can be valued against our figures.

• What we store. The name you give each one. For a watchlist, the places on it. For a portfolio, each holding as you describe it: the place and, where you give them, a label, the property type, bedrooms, size, what you paid and in which currency, and when you bought it. For a saved view, the tool and what you asked it, so it can run again. We store no figure: every number is fetched fresh when you look.
• Who can see it. On your own account, only you. On a Desk, what you save is private to you unless you share it with the Desk. Every member of that Desk can see a shared item, and only you can change it. Nobody outside the Desk can see anything saved on it.
• How long we keep it. Until it is deleted. When your account is deleted, everything you saved on your own account and everything you kept private on a Desk is deleted with it. What you shared with a Desk stays with the Desk and no longer names you. If you leave a Desk, what you kept private there stays stored and nobody can see it, you included, and it comes back if you rejoin.
• How to delete it. Write to hello@intelwork4ce.com and name the watchlist, portfolio or view, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it.

What we do not hold

These are as much a part of the product as the list above, and they are built into how the product works, not promised.

• Not your questions. When we answer a call, we record which tool was called, in which market and whether it answered, and never what it asked: no area, no developer, no arguments. When we cannot answer one, we keep only what the list above names under questions we could not answer. A saved view keeps the tool and what you asked, because you asked us to keep it.
• Not your card. Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout and billing pages. Card numbers never reach our infrastructure at any point.
• Nothing goes to a language model. The AI you already use does the language work on its own side and calls us for a figure. There is no model in our serving path, so nothing you ask is sent to one by us.
• No advertising, no profiling. We count visits to this website with PostHog, hosted in the European Union. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not record your sessions and does not keep your IP address with the visits it counts. We run no advertising anywhere on this site, and we make no automated decisions about you.

Where it is held

Account and billing records, and what you save, sit in a PostgreSQL database in Google Cloud's europe-west1 region, in Belgium. The registry data behind the figures sits in BigQuery in the EU. Ingestion jobs that read Gulf government portals run in me-central1, in Doha, and they read public registers, never anything about you.

Who else sees it

• Clerk handles sign-in and holds your email address.
• Stripe handles payment and holds your billing details.
• Google Cloud hosts the services and the database.
• PostHog counts visits to the public pages of this site, from the European Union.
• PostHog also records which tools are called on the AmlakIntel server, against a scrambled account number, from the European Union.
• Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses, so loading a page sends your browser's request, including its IP address, to Google. Apart from PostHog, this is the only third-party request a public page here makes.

Nobody else. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we have no affiliate or data partnerships.

Where the figures come from

The numbers we return are computed from official Gulf property registers published by government bodies, including the Dubai Land Department, Ejari, Mollak, the Abu Dhabi real estate registry, Ajman's open data portal and Municipality, and Sharjah's rental map. That is public record data about property, not personal data about you, and we publish the source, the sample size and the date window with every figure.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to our processing of it. Write to hello@intelwork4ce.com and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority. Deleting your account removes your email address and name from our records, deletes your profile and your Desk memberships, and revokes your keys. We keep the account record, the count of calls it made and the record of what we sent it, with your email address and name removed, and we keep each key's record marked revoked, not deleted. We keep these so the history of what we sent and which key was live when stays whole. We do not set an end date today. Invoices Stripe has to keep for tax purposes stay with Stripe. What you shared with a Desk stays with the Desk, as set out under what you save.

Changes

When this page changes materially we will change the date at the top and, if you have an account, tell you. There is no earlier version: this is the first.
