You connect it once, inside the AI you already use.

AmlakIntel is not an app you log into to read numbers. It is a connector your own AI tool adds, so you ask your questions where you already ask them and the answers come back with their source attached.

Works in Claude and ChatGPT. You add it yourself, as a custom connector.

What actually happens

  1. Create your account. Google or LinkedIn, one click. The free tier takes no card and no card is asked for later.

  2. Open Connect in your portal. It carries the address and the click-by-click steps for Claude and for ChatGPT, each written for that one tool, not for both at once.

  3. Add AmlakIntel in your own AI tool. You paste it once, or press the button we give you, and authorise it. Your tool remembers it from then on.

  4. Ask it about a Gulf property. A community, a developer or a building. The answer comes back with the register it came from, the sample it rests on and the window it covers.

Nothing here needs a developer. If you can add a connector in Claude or ChatGPT, you can do this, and the portal walks you through it for your tool specifically.
