TERMS
What you get, what you may do with it, and what we do not promise.
Short, because the product is narrow. We return audited property figures to the AI you already use. You may use them in your own work. We do not promise they will make you money.

Who these terms are with
AmlakIntel is a product of IntelWork4ce. Using the service means accepting what is on this page. If you are using it for an organisation, you are confirming you may accept on its behalf.
What the service is
An MCP server. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity connects to it and calls tools that return property figures computed from official Gulf property registers. Every numeric answer carries its method, its sample size, its date window and its source. We do not supply the AI, and no language model of ours runs when you make a call.
Your account and your key
You need an account to connect. Your connection key is shown once and stored only as a hash, so we cannot recover it and cannot read it. Keep it to yourself: a call made with your key counts against your allowance and is treated as yours. You can regenerate it at any time in the portal, which revokes the old one immediately. One key is live at a time.
Plans, allowances and limits
Each plan carries a monthly call allowance, a monthly dossier allowance and a per-minute rate limit. The per-minute limit exists because an agent in a loop can exhaust a month in under a minute. When an allowance is reached the tools say so, in plain language, with the date it resets and where to upgrade. Nothing is charged without you choosing a paid plan, and payment and cancellation both happen on Stripe's own pages.
What you may and may not do with the figures
- You may use the figures in your own analysis, reports, models and client work, including commercially.
- You may not resell or redistribute bulk access to the service, share your key, or systematically extract the underlying data in order to rebuild it elsewhere. The figures are the product; the registry tables behind them are not licensed to you and are never shipped to anyone.
- Attribution. Some source registers require their publisher to be named. Where a tool's answer carries an attribution line, keep it with the figure if you publish it.
What we do not promise
This section is deliberately explicit, because the alternative is implying things we cannot support.
- We do not forecast. Every figure measures the past or reports a fact a register has already published. We do not predict prices and will not, so nothing here is investment advice or a valuation for any regulated purpose.
- We do not answer everything. Coverage differs by market and we publish exactly where it stops, with the reason, atamlakintel.com/coverage. A tool that cannot answer says so rather than guessing, and that refusal is the correct behaviour rather than a fault.
- We do not guarantee the registers. The figures are computed faithfully from what official sources publish. Where a source is wrong, late or withdrawn, our figure reflects it, which is why every answer carries its source and its date.
- We do not promise uninterrupted service. The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of a figure.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by cancelling in the portal, and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We may suspend an account that shares a key, tries to extract the underlying data in bulk, or attacks the service, and we will tell you why.
Changes
When these terms change materially we will change the date at the top and, if you have an account, tell you before it takes effect. There is no earlier version: this is the first.
